By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns +
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

- • Items must be suitable for resale.
- • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling may be refused
Please note that sale or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Return Requests +
Returns for Change of Mind
- • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
- • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Product Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items)
If a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description:
- • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt
- • Clear photos and a brief description of the issue are required for verification
- • Once confirmed, we will offer a refund, replacement (if available), or return shipping covered by us.
3. Non-Returnable Items +

4. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received +
If your order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received:

Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.
5. Special Situations +
Refused Deliveries

Unauthorized Returns
